The fastest users of any software tool are the ones who know the keyboard shortcuts and never touch the mouse when they don't have to. Here's what to learn first.
The sidebar — your command centre
The left sidebar is organised into sections: Sales, HR & People, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Collaboration, Support, and Insights. Click any section header to expand it. Your most-used modules stay visible at all times.
Global search — find anything instantly
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from anywhere in the platform. Type a contact name, invoice number, ticket subject, or employee name. Results appear from all 33 modules in under 200ms.
Notifications
The bell icon at the bottom of the sidebar shows real-time notifications — expense approvals, new tickets, deal updates, leave requests. They update automatically without page refreshes.
The ? button
Every page has a ? button in the top-right corner. Click it for the lesson that matches exactly what you're doing — without leaving the page.
