Automating Your Sales Workflow

CRM automations in Proactiq
Go to Settings → Automations and create rules that trigger on sales events:
- New Lead → Send notification to the assigned salesperson instantly
- Deal Won → Notify the finance team to prepare an invoice
- Deal Lost → Notify the manager with the deal value for review
The webhook power move
Set the action to Webhook and connect to any external system. When a deal is marked Won, automatically trigger a Zapier workflow that adds the client to your onboarding sequence in your email tool, creates a project in Proactiq Projects, and notifies your delivery team on Slack — all without touching the keyboard.
Building your first automation
- Go to Settings → Automations → New rule
- Set trigger: Deal Won
- Set action: Send notification
- Message: "🎉 Deal won: {{deal.title}} — {{deal.value}}"
- Toggle active and save
From this moment, every deal closure surfaces instantly across your team — no Slack message required, no email chain needed.
