Proactiq Services OPC Private Limited ("Proactiq", "we", "our", or "us") operates proactiq.com and the Proactiq OS platform. We are registered in India (CIN: U82200KA2024OPC190) and headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Account data: Name, work email address, company name, country, and password (hashed with bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords).

Workspace data: All content you and your team create inside Proactiq OS — contacts, invoices, employees, projects, tickets, and any other business records.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration. We use this to improve the product.

Payment data: Billing is handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or bank account details on our servers.

Uploaded files: Files you upload (receipts, documents, avatars) are stored on Cloudinary's CDN. We store the file URLs.

We use your data to: provide and operate the Proactiq OS platform; send transactional emails (account setup, password reset, billing notifications); improve the product; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your workspace data to train AI models.

Your data is stored on servers in India. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We apply role-based access controls so only authorised personnel can access production systems.

We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., GST records).

You may request: access to a copy of your personal data; correction of inaccurate data; deletion of your account and data; and export of your workspace data in CSV format.

We use the following sub-processors: Razorpay (payments), Cloudinary (file storage), Resend (transactional email), and our database provider (PostgreSQL). Each operates under their own privacy policy.

We will notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy. Continued use of Proactiq after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
