Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Proactiq OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Proactiq on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Proactiq OS is a business management platform that includes CRM, HR, Finance, Projects, Help Desk, and other modules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately via our contact page if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.

You agree not to use Proactiq OS to: violate any law or regulation; store or transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; or use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

You retain ownership of all data you create within Proactiq OS. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in INR via Razorpay. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

We may suspend your account if a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days of notification.

Proactiq OS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proactiq Services OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Billing. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
